Although the technology of this solution is mature, its shortcomings are also very obvious, such as large space occupation, difficult movement, long-term matching of power units, etc. What is even more annoying is that the impulse of the column loading process is extremely large, and it is not only easy to impact the packing at the column head It breaks and it is difficult to form a stable and uniform column bed structure, often the column pressure rises rapidly and the column efficiency is unsatisfactory. Since the advent of Zhansa's adaptive column, it has received wide acclaim, especially for the maintenance of column efficiency. For this reason, we have specially developed a large-size adaptive column system, which can currently reach an inner diameter of 200mm. At present, the first packing has been completed in the laboratory, the column efficiency is as expected, the column pressure is very low, and the peak symmetry is also very good.
