Working principle of liquid chromatograph:

Liquid chromatography is composed of an infusion system (including an infusion pump, a mobile phase reservoir and a gradient meter), a sampling system, a separation system (including a chromatographic column and a column thermostat, etc.), a detection system, and a data processing system. The mobile phase is driven into the system by a high-pressure pump, and the mixed sample solution is injected from the injection system and flows into the chromatographic column following the mobile phase. Due to the different adsorption and distribution coefficients of different components in the mixed sample between the stationary phase and the mobile phase, different movement speeds are produced. After multiple adsorption-analysis processes, they are gradually separated, brought into the detector by the mobile phase, and converted into electrical signals. Transfer it to the recorder and output it in the form of a chromatogram for qualitative or quantitative analysis.
