The "focus" of the chromatographic injection controller should not be underestimated

"Accuracy" is very important in chromatographic experimental analysis. In order to achieve ideal accuracy, we will use many instruments and equipment during the experiment. Among them, the equipment that can quantitatively send samples into the chromatographic column is called an injector. The chromatography sampling controller is an intelligent automatic sampler that can complete the automatic sampling process by setting the sampling parameters and placing the sample to be tested. Dynamic compensation technology and modern touch screen dynamic display technology effectively improve the performance and quality of the instrument. The unique gas replacement mode makes MS operation safer and more reliable and extends the service life of the filament.


This is how it works:

1. The PC sends instructions and parameters to the controller, and the controller generates corresponding signals to control the rotation of the sample tray motor to complete the positioning of the sample label number;

2. The displacement motor controls the syringe pulley to descend, and the injection needle reaches the position where the sample is to be extracted;

3. Under the control of the extraction motor, lift the syringe rod to quantitatively extract the sample;

4. The tray motor and displacement motor of the chromatographic injection controller control the injector pulley and sample chassis to reset in sequence to complete the injection position;

5. The displacement motor controls the syringe pulley to descend, and insert the syringe needle into the chromatography injection port.

6. The injection control motor controls the rapid descent of the injection needle rod and injects the liquid sample into the chromatograph;

7. The injection control motor, tray motor, and displacement motor enter the injection needle preparation state under the control of PLC sequence instructions;

8. The syringe cleaning process must be rigorous.


From this point of view, the "accurate focus" of the chromatographic sampling controller cannot be underestimated. All parts of the controller work closely together to drive the normal operation of the intelligent fully automatic headspace sampler. The injection arm is equipped with a sampling needle, and different sample stages are evenly distributed on circular sample disks with different radii, and their rotation axis is located at the center of the circle. After receiving control instructions and signals, the injection arm and sample tray produce coordinated injection actions. Each rotation of the sample plate generates a signal, and the sampling arm can start sampling after receiving the signal. Make sure that the injection probe on the injection arm can accurately absorb the target sample at different radii of the sample plate.
